Went to an open mic a few years ago, a feller concluded his spot with ....'and this is called... The Rescue Blues'. He then played Ryan Adams' classic, close to the record version, then did the 'aw shucks' thing as he got the biggest applause of the night. And me and my friend yelling 'Author! Author!'
